Currently serves as Department Chair for Business & Industrial Technology at Lamar State College Port Arthur, where she provides leadership and oversight for multiple career and technical education programs. Her professional experience also includes executive-level planning and execution, cross-functional coordination, financial management, Lean principles, and project management. She holds a Master’s Degree in Management, a Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB), and a Master Certificate in Operational Excellence (OPEX), along with SAP training and project management experience.
