  • This syllabus may be updated as needed throughout the semester. Any significant changes will be announced in class, sent via email, or posted on Blackboard.

Instructor Policies

• Students are required to monitor Blackboard announcements, emails, and course content throughout the week.

• Students are responsible for notifying the instructor if they cannot access course materials or will miss an assignment. Requests for makeup work will be considered at the instructor’s discretion and are not guaranteed.

• Late work will not be accepted, and no credit will be given for missed assignments.

• Cell phones must be silenced and may not be used during class. Other electronic devices are permitted only for educational purposes.

• Grades will not be discussed over email or by phone.

• Plagiarism and cheating are strictly prohibited and will result in non-replaceable zeros.

• Instructor reserves the right to add or change assignments during semester. It is the student's responsibility to be active within the course and stay current with due dates as posted within the course.

Attendance Policy

• Students are responsible for attending all sessions on time.

• Attendance will be recorded and will directly affect the final grade.
