Course Description
Architectural spaces and modeling in a real-time game editor. Includes techniques for building, texturing, and lighting a game level to function in realtime.

1. The student will analyze the pros and cons of a level including balance and emotional impact (PSLO 1) measured by embedded test questions.
2. The student will evaluate existing architectural spaces for game aesthetics (PSLO 2) measured by projects
3. The student will create original game environments using existing game engines and tools (PSLO 2) measured by projects.
4. The student will utilize existing graphics rendering and implement it into a game environment (PSLO 3) measured by projects.
5. The student will individually produce a digital game environment presentation (PSLO 4) measured by projects.

Complete all assignments before they are due. If you cannot submit an assignment before a due date, you MUST inform me before the due date to avoid point deduction. If you have technical issues uploading an assignment and cannot submit on time, you may email me with proof of the issue to avoid point deduction. For every day an assignment is late, you will lose 10 points on that assignment. Please do not submit any solutions which have been generated by AI. Please only submit solutions which you have come up with on your own. You may use external tools to help you learn topics, but you may not copy answers.
