Students must notify the instructor at least 24 hours before missing a lesson, except in a documented emergency. Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and depend on the instructor’s availability and access to studio space. A lesson will be forfeited if the student fails to provide proper notice or arrives more than 10 minutes late.
