Textbook Purchasing Statement: A student attending Lamar State College Port Arthur is not under any obligation to purchase a textbook from the college-affiliated bookstore. The same textbook may also be available from an independent retailer, including an online retailer.

There is a hard hat kit required to be purchased by all students (both PTAC and INST). Below is the link to purchase the PPE kit as well as the link for the Instrumentation students in CETT 1321 who need to purchase an electronics project kit. Please put this information on your course syllabi (all of them). They only need to purchase one kit.
